”Cash awards for voters”…. LAH !!!!

Ka kam pynlut pisa te ka jingianang…. Naei ka mih katne katne ka pisa. Nyngkong ka video ba kamkai, sa ki concert ba kamkai, ki poster ba kamkai, ki jnit ki jnat ba kamkai suda. ARE THE PEOPLE OF MEGHALAYA SOOOO STUPID THAT THEY HAVE TO BE TOLD THAT THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO VOTE!!!! If yes, then they don’t have the right to vote. But since the EC have spent soooo much to educate the uneducated then why is it that there’s no music video on the right of NOTA. But let us ask, if a poor man cannot afford proper health care and by ”proper” we mean Private hospitals as government run health care and centers are useless, will they also be provided with 2000 rupees.

I always wonder why there is/was no one to canvas for the NOTA button! Understandably, for every candidate’s button, there are campaigners because they were put up by some one. But who were the ‘some one’ who brought up the idea of the NOTA? Did they expect it (nota) to be the loser every time? If yes, I would say they are ‘stupid’ creatures! I kno quite a few voters who prefer non of the candidates, that is, they want NOTA to garner majority of votes. Dear Election Commission, your attempt to woo such voters is just a wastage of time, space and money! Instead, let the uneducated kno/understand more about the NOTA option!
