Football coaching course in Garo hills

TURA, MAR 17: A six-day D certificate course on football began at Dikki Bandi stadium on Wednesday. The course is being conducted by All India Football Federation (AIFF) in collaboration with Meghalaya Football Association and is being hosted by District Football Association, Tura.

A total of 15 candidates from different parts of Garo hills are undergoing the course, which is being held for the first time in Garo hills.

Khlain Pyrkhat Syiemlieh, AIFF D Instructor is conducting the course.

The AIFF D License Course is an introductory course in coach education, also considered as the stepping stone to coaching. The basic of coaching are briefed and assisted with theory and practical sessions and the examination of this course will also be conducted at the end.
