TURA, SEPT 29: Two teachers of Kendriya Vidyalaya Tura in West Garo hills were on Thursday arrested on alleged charge of molestation. The accused are – Yogesh Joshi, 32 from Churu, Rajasthan and Deep Jyoti Das, 25 from Tezpur, Assam.The teachers were arrested based on an FIR filed by the victim’s parent at Tura police station today.
Superintendent of police West Garo Hills Mukesh Singh said, “We have arrested the two teachers based on complaints filed at Tura police station. We are interrogating the two teachers”.
Singh said that the victim’s parents have stated in the FIR that for the past one month the victim were allegedly molested by the two teachers.-From Our Correspondent
