SHILLONG, SEPT 7: The Meghalaya government has declared the September 13, 2016 as public holiday on account of Id-Ul-Zuha (Bakrid) festival instead of September 12, 2016 as appeared in the holiday list.The GAD (A) department on Wednesday informed that September 12 is working day for all government offices, revenue, magisterial courts and educational institutions under the Government of Meghalaya.-By Our Reporter
