SHILLONG, NOV 20: Team RUNmeghalaya brought laurel to the state by bagging three top podium positions in the Airtel Delhi Half Marathon on Sunday. Nine marathon runners took part from Team RUNmeghalaya in the Airtel Delhi Half Marathon.
The three top podium positions winners are Stilin Jyrwa and Darishisha Iangjuh in the 1st position, men and women category and Tlanding Wahlang 2nd position in the 35 Age Category.

Executive member Becky Pde participated in the 6k fun run.
Donkupar Kharjana the coach assisted in logistics in getting the team to Delhi and day-to-day management of the runners.
This initiative was supported by the PHE department, DC East Khasi hills. DC South-West Khasi hills and Sports and Youth Affairs deptartment.
In addition the runners are brand ambassadors for Swaach Bharat Abhiyan initiative and run to spread the message of health and cleanliness to the youth of Meghalaya.
