SHILLONG, JUN 8: UBC/28 J Ch Marak lodged a complaint that on Jun 5 around 9 am, Police detected two illegal coal mines with fresh mining activities at Lad Mutong (EJH) and recovered / seized (1) water pumps, (2) pipes, (3) shovels, etc., used for extracting coal from the coal mines.
