Blockade timing: From 9 pm

SHILLONG, SEPT 11: The ngos who sponsored the four days night road blockade on Wednesday decided to change the timing of the blockade from 7 pm to 5 am to 9 pm to 5 am September 12 and 13. “We have decided to postpone the timing of the night road blockade to 9pm,” KSU vice president Fredrick Kharmawphlang said. The decision was taken after the church leaders requested the ngos to expand the timing of strike in view of their church programmes.- By Our Reporter
