Budget session of Meghalaya Assembly to start from Feb 16

The Budget Session of the State Legislative Assembly will commence from February 16.

This was informed by a notification issued by Meghalaya Governor Phagu Chauhan on Monday.

Accordingly, the Business Advisory Committee (BAC) will be chaired by the Assembly Speaker Thomas A Sangma on February 2.

The BAC will sit to settle the calendar for the Budget Session, 2024 of the Assembly, Commissioner & Secretary Andrew Simons informed.
