SHILLONG, JULY 4: A professor and three researchers of the North Eastern Hills University (NEHU) have been chargesheeted by the Central Bureau of Investigationn (CBI) for their involvement in misappropriation of public funds.
The chargesheet against the trios was filed before the CBI Special Judge on Tuesday.
According to sources, the case was related to the misappropriation of funds for implementing a project of the Regional Centre, National Afforestation and Eco-Development Board, Ministry of Environment and Forests in NEHU.
