SHILLONG, APR 29: The beleaguered CMJ University chancellor CM Jha is putting all the blames on the state government for the illegal operation of his university which had issued hundreds of fake degrees to the students across the north eastern states.
Sources said that Jha, who is under ten days’ police custody, is blaming the state government while refusing to divulge other than what have already been reported earlier.
Jha is being interrogated daily at the CID headquarter by the sleuths of the special CID team.
Besides interrogating Jha daily, the police also are keeping a close watch on his health.
Jha’s health is being continuously monitored as he was taken to the Shillong Civil Hospital on Tuesday also as part of the routine health check-up by the police. The police are taking him to the Shillong Civil hospital for daily check-up in the morning followed by an interrogation in the evening.- By Our Reporter
