Dr Kma appointed as MPCC Jt Secy

SHILLONG, MAR 23: Dr Lakhon Kma has been appointed as the joint secretary of the Meghalaya Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC). This was informed in a notification issued by the MPCC general secretary WK Kyndiah on Friday.
