SHILLONG, JULY 20: The state police have arrested four persons along with huge cache of explosives in West Jaintia Hills District.
District Superintendent of Police, Bikram D Marak told reporters that the accused persons were arrested while conducting naka checking at Raliang.
From their possession, 4,500 gelatin sticks, 4,000 detonators, and 200 litres of diesel were recovered, he said.
A case has been registered against the accused persons and investigation is on.
