FKJGP leader released

SHILLONG, JAN 19: The FKJGP information secretary Eldie Newton Lyngdoh, who was arrested and put under Meghalaya Preventive Detention Act (MPDA) connecting him to arson case during the Inner Line Permit (ILP) agitation, was released on January 17 and was absolved from the MPDA case. He had been lodged in Williamnagar jail.
