SHILLONG, MARCH 05: Eminent academics and business leaders from the country and abroad will debate and discuss on ideas that would lead to better and sustainable model of development at the IIM Shillong’s third annual international conference, ‘SUSCON,” here from March 6 to March 8. Former president A P J Abdul Kalam will inaugurate the meet.
The conference will feature interactive sessions and talks on the concept of sustainable development with speakers like Dr Peter Pruzan, professor emeritus, Copenhagen Business School, Allen Sequeira, advisor HR, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., and Jayanta Bandyopadhyay, advisor,
International Union for Conservation of Nature among others.
Wide-ranging topics ranging from natural resource management and environmental sustainability to work-life-balance of working women will be discussed at the conference, which will be attended by delegates from the country and abroad, senior government officials, and the faculty and students of IIM Shillong.
