SHILLONG, MAY 10: The Meghalaya Editor’s and Publisher’s Association (MEPA) expressed its deepest condolences on the sudden demise of a veteran journalist HS Shangdiar on May 9. Shangdiar will be lovingly remembered by the media fraternity of Meghalaya. He has been one of the pioneers in disseminating news to the people of the state through various local newspapers.
