SHILLONG, SEPT 1: The KHNAM- youth wing- complained to the Meghalaya Information & Public Relations (MIPR) director on newspapers carrying advertisement with sexual contents and requested him to put a stop to such advertisement. In a memorandum submitted to the MIPR director, KHNAM-SYW president Thomas Passah said, “We request you to look into the issue to ensure that such advertisements are immediately stopped.”

He informed that for long time now it has been observed that advertisement in section of the newspapers in the state contains publication of sexual enhancement medicine in various forms, which is highly indecent and improper affecting the young minds and public at large.
