SHILLONG, SEPT 12: The Additional Chief Secretary in-charge General Administration (A) Department informed that all State Government Offices and all Revenue and Magisterial Courts and educational institutions in the East Khasi Hills District shall remain closed on the September 18, on account of Unitarian Anniversary Day.
Meanwhile, the Deputy Commissioners of Ri Bhoi District, Nongpoh and West Jaintia Hills, Jowai has also declared September 18, as local holiday on account of Unitarian Anniversary Day.
All state government offices, revenue and magisterial courts and educational institutions within Ri Bhoi District and West Jaintia Hills District will remain closed.
