SHILLONG, DEC 22: Meghalaya chief minister Mukul Sangma along with the Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi and Meghalaya social welfare director HM.Shangpliang paid a visit to Observation Home (Boys) at Cleave Colony, Rilang Children’s Home at Nongshilliang, Sisters of Charity Mercy Home at Demthring and Lawei Phyrnai Children’s Home at Umpling as part of the pre-Christmas celebration.
Sangma and Oberoi took the opportunity to celebrate the pre Christmas celebration with the inmates of the Homes where Christmas songs were sung along with the inmates and shared some light moments with them. Sangma and Oberoi expressed their heartiest greetings to all the inmates of the Child Care Insititutions and Old Age Homes and wish them a Christmas filled with love and peace.- By Our Reporter
