Hey, I am an architecture student wanting to take up Music school as my Theses topic and I just stumbled upon an old article from 2012 that the government has planned to set up a Music School at Mawdiangdiang, outskirts of Shillong. I wanted to know if the school has already been made and in function or is the construction still going on? Or has the government shunned the idea of the school all together. Your reply will be very helpful Thank you!
