Fake Aadhaar enrolment

SHILLONG, AUG 23: East Khasi hills deputy commissioner PS Dkhar said that he has received report that some unscrupulous persons are doing enrolment of Aadhaar number in different areas of East Khasi hills Umpling, MES, Rilbong, Laban, etc. on payment. Dkhar informed that the enrolment for the same will be done free of cost through NPR process. He further advised the public to report to the district administration or the police if money is demanded for the generation of Aadhaar.-By Our Reporter
