SHILLONG, DEC 13: Arson cases continue to be reported even if it is minor as miscreants on Friday set fire to a haystack at Umkaliar Bihari colony. Police said that the incident took place at around 4 pm when unidentified arsonists set fire to the haystack belonging to Rajendra Rai. According to police the damage is estimated to be around Rs 7,000 and police have began investigation.- By Our Reporter
