Militant arrested with arms

SHILLONG, APR 1: West Khasi hills police on Monday arrested Grendas Sangma of Bokchung of Shallang area in West Khasi hills district with several weapons during an operation. West Khasi hills SP S Nongtnger inform that police recovered one 32 pistol with four live ammunition, three SBBL guns with 30 round of live ammunitions, one air gun, one air pistol, two numbers of camouflage magazine pouch, one ANVC demand pad and one area commander seal his residence Sangma has been taken to Shallang police station for interrogation and the operation to nab other members of the outfit is going on.- By Our Reporter
