PBCC dissolves

SHILLONG, FEB 6: The Shillong City Congress Committee today dissolved the Pynthorumkhrah Block Congress Committee (PBCC).

Banpynsngainlang Rumnong has been appointed as the president of the PBCC with immediate effect, SCCC general secretary Kamol Marbaniang informed here on Tuesday.

“He (Rumnong) has been directed to constitute the BCC within two days to submit the list to the Shillong City for approval,” he said.
