This is very shocking and the authorities must take immediate action and the why are Hospitals in the Remote areas and other Districts not having proper delivery care units. Where is all the fund and why is there so much inefficiency for health care. People should not have to suffer such a loss and this attitude of the Government is condemnable and we appreciate the move made by the victim and demand that she gets immediate relief and those responsible should be held accountable..

who is responsible? The govt. Or hospital. Well i would say both. Its the duty of the health minister, health directorate to look into any deficiency in his department and therefore the FIR should extend to them also. The hospital authorities knowing the severeness of the problem should have taken appropriate steps. Perhaps it a high time that these govt authorities be made responsible for such a horrific happening. Perhaps a case of neglect leading to death can be put up to the investgation body.
