SHILLONG, MAR 31: Chief Secretary MS Rao on Tuesday appointed the secretary in-charge planning department Chinmay P Gotmare (9485098768) and secretary in-charge political department Cyril VD Diengdoh (9856451339) as nodal officers for monitoring and coordinating with other state governments for migrant workers and students from the state of Meghalaya who are stranded in other states.
In a notification issued here, joint secretary in-charge revenue & disaster management Bhupesh Hajong (9436113592) and executive assistant, PIU-3, MSSDS Larry Rymbai (9856024237) have also been directed to assist the nodal officers. This cancels the order issued by the political department on March 30.
