SHILLONG, JAN 23: The United Democratic Party (UDP) on Wednesday announced its fifth list consisting of three candidates who mostly will be contesting for the February 27 elections to the Jaintia Hills Autonomous District Council (JHADC).
These include Hat Pochen from War Central constituency, Lomris Lyngdoh from Muthlong-Sohkymphor and Damonmi Dkhar from Nartiang constituency.
