ANVC(B) militants arrested

SHILLONG, JAN 29: Three militants belonging to the Achik National Volunteers – Breakaway (ANVC-B) were arrested from Baghmara market in South Garo hills district on Tuesday. Police said the militants were arrested  while they were on their way to collect money from businessmen of the town.The three were apprehended along with demand notes and ammunition for AK series rifle. They have been identified as Neksang N Marak, Jadilson Ch Sangma and Daniel A Marak (Kaison).- By Our Reporter
