SHILLONG, JAN 22: The Deputy Commissioner (Excise), East Khasi Hills District has declared January 26  as dry day throughout the entire district on account of Republic Day.
All bonded warehouse, IMFL shops, bars, hotels, clubs and outstill shops shall remain closed on this day.
