SHILLONG, MAY 20: The state government has instituted an inquiry to be conducted by Commissioner of Division of Garo hills division PW Ingty to inquire into the circumstances of death of Balsan S Marak in judicial custody. The enquiry is to be completed within thirty days.
The enquiry will also ascertain the circumstances of death through medical and other related evidences, both factual and circumstantial, the role of the police, if any, which could have led to the demise of Balsan S. Marak while in judicial custody, keeping in mind allegations made.
The state government also appealled to all the citizens in Garo hills to assist the law enforcing machinery in the discharge of its obligations, and to maintain peace and harmony in the area.- By Our Reporter
Oh my another inquiry by govt stooge who will give a report that will be hidden from public views(high level scrutiny committee report) still not traceable and this too will lie in the draw of some bureaucrat to protect this dreaded habitual killer…would it also be Fair?I doubt but we now have more experts with us and we shall expose the whole lot of these people who kill and dictate and create diversions…Video graphy should also be done of the 5 youth killed in Williamnagar…..just want to share a fact with you guys…there was a colleague of Chacko who shot his own police in the legs to make it look like they were attacked….Police who keep quiet on such inhuman things will have to face the wrath of GOD….they keep quiet for fear of losing their jobs…what is a job when your path leads to hell…..
