SHILLONG, FEB 13:The Governor of Meghalaya Ganga Prasad visits Dawki, West Jaintia Hills District on 13 Feb 2018 and inaugurated the Maitri Dwar, a gate of friendship between India and Bangladesh, and the Border Security Force (BSF) Border Observation Post (BOP) at Umsyiem, East Khasi Hills District.
The Governor also met the regional commander and officers of Border Guards Bangladesh, took the guard of honour and distributes sweets to both the troops at the Integrated Check Post.
Later, the Governor also addressed the troop of the Border Security Force.
