IMD issues thunderstorm warning

SHILLONG, APRIL 18: The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a weather forecast whereby thunderstorm accompanied with gusty winds (wind speed reaching 30-40 kmph) and lightning, and thundersquall (wind speed reaching 50-60 kmph) accompanied with lightning is likely to occur at isolated places over Assam & Meghalaya from April 19 – 22.
