Shillong, Sept 17: A hardcore Hynniewtrep National Liberation Council (HNLC) Â militant will be surrendering before the BSF on Tuesday. He will surrender along with arms and ammunition in Frontier HQ BSF Umpling, Shillong.
The surrender ceremony will be given wide publicity.
