SHILLONG, MAR 10: Meghalaya has already taken up an initiative to formulate a State Youth Policy, the Assembly was informed today.
Sports & Youth Affairs minister Zenith Sangma, while replying to a query raised by HSPDP legislator Ardent M Basaiawmoit, said that the RGIIM Shillong has agreed to help in formulating the policy.
He said workshops on this regard will be held on April 10-11, and once the exercise is completed, the policy will be put up for soliciting views and suggestions.
