Woman arrested with heroin in Lumsohphoh

SHILLONG, OCT 27: A 46-year-old woman was arrested along with heroin from Lumsohphoh here on Thursday.

20.05 grams of heroin in 3 soap cases, 2 mobile phones, 10 golden tobacco tins containing residue of heroin and 1 vial containing residue of heroin were seized from her possession during a joint operation between the ANTF-EKH and ANTF-EJH, police said.

A case under the NDPS Act was registered at Laitumkhrah police station, they said.
