SHILLONG, FEB 1:The District Election Officer, East Khasi Hills has informed that no advertisements, appeals, songs, music & video clippings, flags, signboards, posters, banners and various other forms of publicity should be published, printed, circulated, distributed, telecast, aired, displayed, etc in the District in connection with the upcoming Elections to the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly, 2018  without receiving due certification from the Media Certification and Monitoring Committee (MCMC), East Khasi Hills District. Applications are to be submitted in the prescribed format of Election Commission of India to the Chairman, MCMC cell, Office of the District Election Officer, East Khasi Hills, Shillong, Room-307.
